5. Downstairs TV / Rumpus room – awesome space. It was our ‘everything’ room. From watching tv as a family, to playing with toys, board games, doing arts and craft, and holding birthday parties! The outlook from the front windows is gorgeous and the sliding doors are great for bringing the outside in.
6. Fencing all around the property – great security/looks great and would have to be one of the only houses in the street with this! Great for families and people with dogs.
7. Formal Lounge used as parents retreat and/or Movie nights with the kids.
8. The study room is a great space which could easily hold a sofa bed for extra guests. I had them put the cupboards in there to eliminate clutter so that it could also be converted to a wardrobe should the need arise. The laundry & toilet could easily be converted into a downstairs ensuite and laundry to accommodate guests. Also, the backyard lends itself to an entertaining area and pool if someone wanted to put one in.

15. Walks in the area breathtaking – especially when walking north – sea and city views! Also, there is a local street where locals go on New Year’s Eve to watch the fireworks – you see them across Adelaide – from Glenelg to Pt Adelaide – spectacular views and FREE!
16. The Gorge is just a stone’s throw away – great walks especially if kids are adventurous and owners of dogs.
17. The enclosed double carport. Love this especially when coming home with the shopping – direct access into house which is so handy.
