Impressed with the service they provide
We have been with Tanner for a couple of years now and I am still impressed with the service they provide in managing our property. Recently, armed only with a 2 year old electrician invoice, our agent Stuart, was able make several phone calls to establish the aircon was the under warranty and pester the manufacturer to send out a technician to fix it, saving us a call out fee plus god know what else. I will also note that Tanner offer a very competitive management fee and their end of year statements are great for working out your tax!
