POSITION VACANT – SALES CONSULTANT

Whether you are already in the industry or are an exceptional individual looking at pursuing a career in real estate, we would like to connect with you.

Your role will consist of:
– Prospecting
– Conducting appraisals
– Growing and maintaining a database
– Working with Vendors to prepare their property for sale
– Running the sales campaign process from start to finish
– Conducting open homes
– Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email
– Creating ‘Clients for Life’

To be considered for this role you are required to have the following:
– A Real Estate Sales Licence or be willing to studying to obtain
– Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
– Punctual and reliable
– Positive “Can-Do” Attitude
– Strong work ethic and a drive to achieve
– Polished professional presentation
– Able to meet deadlines and go the extra mile
– Excellent communication skills a must
– Attention to detail
– Good Time management skills
– Team Player
– You are highly motivated
