Amanda Klaver joined Tanner Real Estate in April 2019 as our Property Management Department Manager and Senior Property Manager.
Amanda has over two decades of experience in the Real Estate Industry and has touched on many aspects of property including Property Management, Community Corporation Management, Sales and Marketing and Administration.
Amanda’s down to earth approach as well as her dedication to her role ensures her past, present and future clients have a piece of mind when it comes to their investment.
With her high standards, focus on communication and attention to detail Amanda will ensure you and your property are extremely well looked after.
Outside of work, Amanda takes an active involvement with the Seacliff Surf Lifesaving Club as a volunteer and loves spending time with her husband and two sons, Billy & Hudson.

A management professional with over 20 years experience in metropolitan media markets, Paul joined the Tanner team in early 2018, coming from country New South Wales where he ran a real estate business with his brother for three years. Given the size of the agency, it provided him with experience across all facets of real estate, from Sales to Property Management.
Paul was born and raised in New South Wales and has had a long, successful media career in Senior Management in Sydney, Adelaide and the Gold Coast. He moved to Adelaide with his family in 2000 and had a ten year stint with two local radio stations.
He is Tanner’s resident IT guru and footy tipping manager.
Paul has been married to Karen for 30 years and has three kids, two of which live in Adelaide. You’ll find him watching sport on the weekends and spending time with his beloved Maltese, Rooney.
Yet another staff member that lives local and loves local! Janine brings a wealth of experience to the Tanner team having worked across many sectors including the tourism industry, the vocational education sector and the media industry.
She has held positions such as Manager Visual Resources at the South Australian Tourism Commission, Producer for various film studios and Job Readiness Trainer for high school students.
Janine’s energy and positive approach always ensure our clients receive a service that is second to none and her extensive background in marketing ensures that your property will shine in the best possible light!
Sam comes from a communications background having completed a Bachelor of Journalism back in 2017. Sam brings a wealth of experience to the Tanner team having specialised in Media, Public Relations and Journalism.
A stint in the United States, focusing on her Journalism career, has contributed to Sam being a integral member of our company.
Beth has had extensive industry experience having worked in the sector for the past three years. Beth is a guru in administration, thrives on efficiency and loves assisting our clients with all things real estate.
Beth draws on her experience from the hospitality industry in order to successfully deal with the everyday requirements of a busy real estate office. She displays the upmost composure with a fantastic attitude, whilst dealing with high pressure situations.
Beth resides in The City of Mitcham with her husband Timothy and enjoys all that the fabulous location has to offer. She prides herself on achieving her personal fitness goals and believes this impacts positively on her professional life.
Julia, who started her real estate career in Property Management, joins the Tanner team as Simon’s newest PA. Highly educated, customer-centric and an ability to work under pressure, Julia draws on her experience to successfully deal with everyday administrative tasks and assisting Simon’s team and his clients with all things real estate.
Armed also with a Bachelor of Education, it is no coincidence that Julia is a fantastic communicator; “I also pride myself on tailoring the level of communication to suit the client’s situation and needs. This approach ensures a mutually respectful and considerate professional relationship.”
What Julia loves most about the industry is the combination of two essential elements – the properties themselves, but also building relationships with clients and meeting new people everyday.
While she currently resides in the City of Unley, Julia has long been a local of the area, growing up in the City of Mitcham.
Julia’s hobbies include anything outdoors – from sports, beach trips, walking trails, gardening and going for drives.
Charlotte (Poh) Shien Lee is one of our expert Property Managers/Sales Admin Support that joined our team at Tanner in January 2019.
She graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Business (Property) in 2015 and started working full time as a Property Manager in 2016, before joining Tanner as Sales Admin Support.
She has also obtained a sales representative license.
Her main strength is being able to gain landlord/owner’s trust and maintaining long term relationships with both tenants and landlords.
Not only that, she has worked prior as a dental assistant and believes this helped her genuinely care for the needs of her clients.
