It was our first house I have ever had to sell (70 years) From explaining how they would approach the sale to why, I was fully informed. Their knowledge of sales in the area was comprehensive and despite the sale taking place in the middle of all the negativity of falling house prices and share prices collapsing, the house was sold at the top end of the predicted price range.
The house had been in the family for 70 years so it was an emotional time. To effect a sale within two and a half weeks of our first meet was brilliant.
